An Acadian Lines official says the company is investigating a complaint from a passenger who claims he was treated like a drunk on one of their buses.
David Wilcox has a brain injury suffered in a car crash 25 years ago. He says at the start of his trip on Saturday, the bus driver accused him of being drunk, sent him to the back of the bus and told other passengers not to talk to him.
Wilcox, who speaks with a slur, presented a card from the Brain Injury Association explaining his condition, but he says the driver ignored it.
An Acadian Lines spokeswoman says they are looking into the incident, but won't speak publicly about it.
