Provincial funding announced for upgrades to major Dieppe roadway

DIEPPE, N.B. - The provincial government says it will provide funding for roadwork on Paul Street in Dieppe.

$700, 000 over 2 years from the Department of Transportation's capital budget has been approved for the upgrades.

Dieppe-area MLA Bernard LeBlanc says the work will provide more security for motorists who use the roadway.

The official announcement about funding and details of the upgrades will be made Friday by the City of Dieppe.
