Codiac RCMP are investigating two suspicious vehicle fires that happened this week on St. George Street

MONCTON, N.B. - Codiac RCMP are investigating two suspicious vehicle fires that happened this week on St. George Street.

On Tuesday, police responded to a report of an SUV on fire at 295 St. George Street.

Investigators believe it was deliberately set.

On Wednesday evening, police were called to 263 St. George Street where a car was on fire.

Witnesses saw a man running away from the scene.

The suspect, who was dressed in black, is described as being approximately 5'9" and weighing about 180 lbs.
