Health minister expects larger shipment of vaccine
FREDERICTON, N.B. - The provincial health minister is anticipating the next shipment of H1N1 vaccine to be a large one. Earlier this week, the health department acknowledged the province received just one-quarter of the vaccine supply it had expected in its latest shipment. Mary Schyer says her department should know more soon, but she does know that more vaccine is expected. Meanwhile, media reports say the federal government will ship 1.8 million doses of the vaccine to the provinces next week. |
