Police investigate 3rd cabbie robbery in two weeks
MONCTON, N.B. - Codiac RCMP say they're looking into whether the robbery of a cab driver last night is related to two other robberies last week. A 68 year-old driver was threatened with a weapon and robbed last night shortly after 10pm, after driving a male passenger from Gordon Street to Dufferin Street. The driver was not hurt. The suspect is described as 6', weighing about 170lbs, and in his mid twenties. Two other cab drivers were robbed in Moncton last week. One was a female who was assaulted. |
