Snow on the way
MONCTON, NB - Travel could get a bit messy across the Maritimes over the next 24 hours. Meteorologist Richard Zurawski says a disturbance moving up the coast that will bring us rain and anywhere from two to four centimetres of snow overnight. While the expected accumulation isn't a lot, it's enough to make for some messy driving conditions. Zurawski says during the overnight hours it will be a particularly messy drive between Moncton and Halifax with parts of Nova Scotia seeing up to 10 centimetres of snow. On the bright side, Zurawski says warmer temperatures are coming behind the disturbance, so any snow we get will be nothing but a memory by Sunday. |
