RCMP staying quiet about search
BURNT CHURCH, N.B. - Police aren't saying much about a search being carried out at home in the Burnt Church First Nation. RCMP Sergeant Claude Tremblay says he cannot confirm if the search is related to the disappearance of Hilary Bonnell. However, media reports say the property is owned by Hilary's uncle, and is near where she was last seen. Tremblay says investigators and forensic experts will remain on the scene for the next day or two. He says another search will be carried out at a property near Tabusintac. The 16 year-old went missing September 5th, after attending an all-night house party. |
