More cases of H1N1 in N.B.
FREDERICTON, N.B. - The province's chief medical officer of health says New Brunswick is seeing widespread pandemic activity related to the H1N1 virus. But Dr. Eilish Cleary says the vast majority of swine flu cases have been minor so far. She says two people were hospitalized last week, and two more this week. Cleary also says more vaccine is being delivered on Wednesday. But, she says it will only be about one quarter of what was expected, and she has advised officials administering the vaccine to focus on the priority groups first. |
