Iona Energy Inc. (TSXV:INA). Oil and gas. Up six cents, or 13.04 per cent, at 52 cents on 4,571,361 shares. The company says its British subsidiary will acquire a majority stake in an undeveloped North Sea offshore oil field for about US$8.2 million, once the deal gets regulatory approval.
