(Saint John)-The Liberal leadership campaign hopefuls  continue  to travel across  the country  trying to drum up support for their campaigns.

David Bertschi  one of those running for the top Liberal job was in the port city today  and tells News 88.9 he got into the race because Canadians want a balanced government

“To built the party and to make sure that canadians have an alternative between the far right and the far left i think canadians want a balanced government”

The next  stop for Bertschi is in Fredericton  for a meet and greet with the party faithful
