MONCTON, N.B. – A Moncton man facing child pornography charges has again has his case adjourned.

32-year-old Jeffery Adam Amos is facing two counts of making child porn, one count of possessing child porn and two counts of voyeurism following a complaint and subsequent investigation about alleged incidents at a home-based daycare in the city.

Amos made a very brief appearance in court today where his case was set over until March 18.

The Crown says it still needs some time to thoroughly vet computer equipment that was seized as part of the investigation.

Amos will remain in police custody while he awaits his next appearance.
