MONCTON, NB–Residents of an apartment building on Clearview Street in Moncton are still trying to come to grips with a massive fire that ripped through their building on Friday, leaving extensive damage.
About 30 residents were left homeless.
The generosity from others to try and help these individuals has been overwhelming.
Three groups have come together and are accepting donations for those in need.
Scoops Gives Back, D.R. Recycling and Blankets For Moncton are accepting clothing, furniture or or other donations.
They can be dropped off at 212 Edinburgh Drive from Monday toFriday between 8 am and 8 pm or on Saturday between 8am and 1pm.
Financial donations can be made through the Blankets For Moncton website. www.blanketsformoncton.com
