MONCTON, NB–A Moncton man facing child pornography charges will remain in custody until another court appearance on Monday.

Thirty-two-year-old Jeffery Adam Amos appeared in a Moncton courtroom this morning facing two charges of making child pornography, one charge of possessing child pornography and two counts of voyeurism.

Amos’ Lawyer told the court he had just received additional information on the case and needs more time to review it.

Amos is charged  in connection with a four month investigation into a complaint about alleged incidents at a home-based daycare in the city.
