MONCTON, N.B. – Codiac RCMP say they have charged a Moncton man with making and possessing child pornography for incidents alleged to have occurred at a residential daycare on Frampton Lane.

Mounties say 32-year-old Jeffery Adam Amos was charged Friday with two counts of making child pornography and one of possessing child porn, along with two counts of voyeurism.

Police say they are in the process of contacting the families of children that attended the daycare.

They say have identified two victims.

The Integrated Child Exploitation Unit began the investigation in October as the result of a complaint.

Computers and storage date were seized.

Amos, who police say is the spouse of the daycare operator, will remain in custody until a court appearance Monday morning.
