MONCTON, NB–The trial for a Codiac Transpo driver involved in a fatal collision has been delayed until next June.
The trial for 59-year-old Gary E. Pellerin was expected to begin this week but the Defence asked for an adjournment.
Pellerin has pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving without due care and attention under the Motor Vehicle Act.
46-year-old Aurore Leblanc of Memramcook was struck and killed by a bus at the intersection of Main and King Streets on January 20.
