OTTAWA – The unemployment rate in New Brunswick dipped in November to 11.2 percent according to Statistics Canada.
The province’s rate dropped even though the economy generated no new jobs.
The jobless rate held steady in Moncton at 7.1 per cent but grew in Saint John to 9.3 per cent.
Meanwhile, the national economy added 59,000 jobs in November and Canada’s unemployment rate dropped to 7.2 per cent.
