BOUCTOUCHE, NB – RCMP are asking for help in locating a missing 56-year-old Bouctouche woman.
Police say Murielle Leger left the special care home she was staying in sometime after 5 p.m. last Friday.
She was reported missing to police on the afternoon of December 3.
Since that time, officers and the RCMP helicopter have been involved in a search in the Bouctouche area to try and find her.
Murielle Leger is described as White, measuring 5’1″ tall, weighing 115 pounds and has blond shoulder-length hair.
She was last seen wearing a black skidoo jacket with yellow stripes, jeans and brown boots.
She has a medical condition and requires medication on a daily basis.
