Twenty-five of 40 witnesses have been called to testify so far.

Prosser has pleaded not guilty to charges of first degree murder, sexual assault and sexual assault causing bodily harm..

Patterson was reported missing in October of 2010. and her body was found about a week later in the Shenstone region.
