MONCTON, NB–A 20-year-old Saint-Paul man will appear in court today in connection with an incident outside a school in Rexton.
Albert Joseph Day is facing several weapons related charges including carrying a concealed weapon, and possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
He was arrested on Friday morning after reports of a man with a gun outside of Bonar Law Memorial High School.
The school was locked down for a short time.
RCMP say it was discovered that the man was carrying a pellet gun.
