ONCTON, NB–Budget talks will continue at Moncton City Council tonight.

Councillors will begin discussing the capital budget.

Two weeks ago, Councillors deliberated the utility budget, and approved in priniciple to raise water and sewer rates by 3.5 per cent each.

In Dieppe, City Councillors will also begin discussing its municipal budget.
