MONCTON, N.B. – Codiac RCMP are looking for a suspect after a weekend robbery at a local fast food restaurant.
Police say a man entered the McDonald’s at 45 Morton Avenue at 3:15am on Saturday and demanded money from the employees.
He fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
No one was hurt and police say no weapons were shown.
The suspect is described as an English-speaking male standing about 5’6″.
His face was covered, and he was wearing a plaid jacket over a grey hoodie, a ball cap, jeans, and white and black running shoes.
The RCMP has released a surveillance photo of the suspect in hopes someone in the public will recognize the suspect.
