Charges have now been laid in the death of a New Brunswick woman killed while working in Southern Saskatchewan as a flag person on a construction site.

RCMP have charged Keith Dunford of Regina with criminal negligence causing death and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death.

18-year-old Ashley Richards was struck and killed hit two months ago near Midale, Southeast of Weyburn.

She  was originally from Lakeside, New Brunswick.
