MONCTON, NB–The hunt is on for more call centre employees in the City of Moncton.

Sitel is currently recruiting over 300 workers for their centre on Edinburgh Drive

Human Resources Manager Christine Robichaud says they are looking for english, french and bilingual employees.  “We require bilingual candidates.  For the most part, we get our candidates from Moncton.  We have a very diverse and multic-cultural workforce.  We work closely with the University of Moncton and MAGMA to find qualified candidates.”

Robichaud says increased demand from Sitel’s clients is the reason behind the need to hire new workers.
