MONCTON, N.B. – The City of Moncton and the union representing locked out Codiac Transpo employees will return to the negotiating table next week.
City of Moncton spokesman Paul Thomson confirms that the two sides will meet with a mediator next Tuesday and Wednesday, September 18 and 19.
The last round of talks broke off in mid-July.
Transit service has been suspended since the city locked out employees on June 27.
The city and union are at odds over wages and scheduling.
