MONCTON, NB – A 24-year-old Shediac man has been sentenced to two years plus a day in prison for abducting a 13-year-old girl.

Adam Radcliffe has pleaded guilty to four charges including sexual interference.

The girl was found with Radcliffe in a vehicle near Penobsquis in May after a police chase that involved a helicopter.

The Crown wanted Radcliffe added to the sex offender registry but the judge will make that decision on July 26th.
