A 31-year–old New Brunswick man is facing charges after a fatal car crash in Cape Breton.
RCMP says two cars, a van and a tractor trailer collided on Highway 105 near St. Patricks Channel yesterday morning.
A 52-year-old man from Truro, Nova Scotia died following the four-vehicle crash.
A woman in the car driven by the man who died was airlifted to a
hospital in Sydney, Nova Scotia , where she was in critical condition.
The driver of the van, has been charged under the province’s Motor Vehicle Act for driving to the
left of a solid double line.
