MONCTON, N.B.- Liberal leadership candidate Mike Murphy has laid out a plan he says will address crippling student debt for all New Brunswick students.

Murphy calls his plan “Free in 8″.

He says it would end the student debt crisis in the province. “So that you would be free (of student debt) in eight years”, says Murphy. “You would never pay more than ten percent of your after-tax yearly income. We would ensure that it is paid by the savings from the negotiations with the banks”.
