SAINT JOHN – The Saint John Police Major Crime Unit is investigating an armed hold-up in the city this morning.

Sgt. Glenn Hayward says three younger males confronted a 29-year-old man in the area of Brunswick Drive and Middle Street sometime before 10:45.

Hayward says the suspects displayed a weapon and allegedly took some personal items from the man.

The victim was not hurt.
